Island Lake this weekend

It's been quite a few years since I've backpacked in the Uintas. My friend and I are considering doing an overnighter to Island Lake, which we've never been to before. Can anyone comment on the current snow/mud/mosquito conditions, and what the overnight temps are this time of year?

Was warm a few weeks ago @ 10,500' The ranger said it was muddy, but the only place we saw mud was around the lakes. Remeber, camp stoves only, no fires.
