Jump Canyon (North Fork of the Kings) is about as good as it gets, (east of Fresno)

when you say "Northern California", do you truly mean, NORTHERN california? ie, Trinity Alps, Emerald Triangle, Six-Rivers, etc? Or do you mean northern california in the SO-CAL egocentric mindset, where everything north of the San Gabs is "Northern Cali"?

Or are you talking about Sierra Nevada canyons, which doesnt fit north or south and is kind of its own area?

If youre truly talking Northern Cali.....has anyone looked at Dillon Creek?

there are others up north.....

if youre talking Sierra then there are plenty of options, may I suggest googling "Sierra Nevada Canyoneering" (maybe with a "routes" in there too)?
