Got this email today thought I would spread the word. Not sure if he has enough volunteers in all areas but thought we could generate some interest here:nod:
I work as a water quality scientist at Utah State University in Logan, Utah. I run a volunteer water quality monitoring program called Utah Water Watch. Its a free program that teaches people of all ages about streams and lakes and how they can monitor water quality. Its a state wide program so people in St. George can participate. Its a new program and I am looking to get the word out about it in the Saint George area. From your profile I gathered that you are environmentally oriented people so I thought you might be able to point me towards organizations or clubs in the St. George area that I can work with to promote my program. If you have any ideas or contacts I would really appreciate it.
