From Ranger Cheryl:

Hi all,

Just wanted to send out a reminder about our trail work day this Saturday June 2nd at 8:30 a.m. We will be working on the South Fork Little Deer Creek Trail #252. We will meet at Elk Camp approximately 1.5 miles down the Cascade Springs Road #114, on the south side of the road.
WHAT TO BRING: Lunch/snacks, water, work gloves, sunscreen, sunglasses, and mosquito repellent. All tools and hard hats will be provided.
WHAT TO WEAR: Long pants/jeans, long sleeve shirt, work shoes (no sandals or flip flops!), and a hat. The temperature can change throughout the day, so a light jacket may be helpful as well.
We are hoping for a great turn out so we can finish up this reroute and get it open for use, looking forward to seeing you all there!

We had a great turnout yesterday for National Trails Day. We must have had 40-50 people show up, including 2-3 Boy Scout groups. Jon, were you there with your boys? I tried to say Hi to everyone but, I don't think I got around to all. Bruce, from utahmountainbiking.com, created this graphic showing what we did (look in the "New" bracket):
