New to bogely and moving up to Washington for the summer, anyone know where I can find beta for canyons up there?

I haven't been up there since 2007 or 2008, but this is the best site - http://www.canyoneeringnorthwest.com/

They also used to have a yahoo group, but it seems pretty quiet nowadays.
