Oh boy...there is nothing wrong with the system. That's what that punk gets for mouthing off the the officers. He had his little recording device going specifically to capture a confrontation. The officers know he was just being a smartass. Sounds like they set him straight toward the end. A police state? Get out of here. The video was originally uploaded by "joeperna2" whose youtube channel includes the videos of the conspiracy of "FEMA Concentration Camps". The second officer was actually very thoughtful and calm. I have been stopped at the border by both Canadians and American personnel. My inspectors were calm and relaxed during the entire process and so were we. This guy on the other hand is antagonistic and provoking the officers. The third officer was reasonable (though the definition of assault was odd).

The first officer sucked but the entire thing could have be avoided if he just wasn't intentionally provocative.

I think all of them are at fault: Canadian was running his suck too hard and our Border Patrol were being overly aggressive.

I have crossed into Canada and the Canadian's are just as aggressive. I came through a few years ago, declared my firearm and found myself swarmed by ~15 Canadian agents. You'd think I had just informed them that I was bringing a nuke into Canada.
