Capitol Reef Beta

This is my first time posting here. Does anybody know of a good place to get beta for the canyons in Capitol Reef, specifically Burro Wash and Cottonwood Wash? I would like to know how tall the longest rappels are, how long the canyons take, and if there are any spots that are tricky to anchor.
