A couple of us made a run down the Imlay sneak route last saturday. There is a very thick log soup at the beginning of the canyon. Everything is full up with nice fresh snow runoff :cold: but we all survived just fine in wetsuits, the hands were definitely the most painfully cold part of the trip. Many of the bolts are looking pretty poor, but they all held. We had to fight off a killer squirrel in the first narrows section :haha:. All together a great trip.

I'm very disappointed in this video for several reasons.
1. This was not done at midnight
2. You clearly went down the canyon, not up it.
3. There were no emergency calls made to come rescue you, only to show up up at the mouth of the canyon as you exit it.

Ok ok though, the log soup was pretty dang awesome. And a rabid killer ninja canyoneering squirrel viciously attacking is pretty neat as well. I will ignore your indiscretion this ONE time! :lol8:

I'm sure I have no idea what Pinecreek trip you would be referring to :lol8:.

How long did it take you in those conditions?

We took our sweet time on the approach, but the technical section took us under 5 hours.
