Last minute trip to CheeseBox Canyon.

I'm heading down to Cheesebox and I was wondering if anyone has information of recent conditions in the canyon. Or just any stories or information about the canyon they would like to share with me. We might run through Black Hole the day after if time permits. Any info on either?
