Hi folks,
we visited Devils Ravetrack last summer and found a stretch on the north side of the rocky spine more or less impassable for our stock vehicle. On Youtube I didn`t find any video of a SUV driving over these obstacles. Now I

I've done it before in my Cherokee, and I'm sure I could get through it in my Rubicon.

I did it last fall in my wrangler. I don't think you could get a stock vehicle through. There is one spot that you go down a 4 ft drop.

Thanks for the answers!
We hat a stock Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and travelled alone. Reasons enough not to test the limits.

Doing it today, albeit on an ATV. I have seen a few stock Cherokees do it. Just air down, hit a good track and keep on the skinny pedal. I have been in the Swell these past 3 days.

We just came back. No full sized vehicles spotted today in the Swell. My group ended up being at least 20 ATV's and 1 RZR (side by side). Still much mud, ice, snow and dust in the Swell. Once the sun went down (we didn't get back until almost 8pm), outside temps were well below freeing.

I've been through the whole thing, but I have a Rubicon so that's almost cheating. :haha: The ledges would be challenging but not impossible for a stock vehicle...with an experienced driver.
Tricky part is this sharp off-camber turn before the waterfall...not a place to stop! A disconnected sway bar sure helps there too...

Most full sized rigs that I've seen there seem to have sway bar and front shocks disconnected and just hanging.
Photo is not Devil's Racetrack, but the tough spot on Sid's Mountain (from ~2 weeks ago)

That's Fix-It Pass. I don't think an ATV has ever been on Sid's Mountain, though I've heard of people taking motorcycles up there long ago...

I would have to say Fix-it pass is one of the spots I definitely remember...we went up with no stopping for spotters, and I usually drive alone so I have no shotgun rider to tell me what's on the right. Something about tipping up in the jeep and looking out the driver side window to see nothing but that big drop off next to you...ya! Good times!

Yeah, I couldn't remember the name of the trail, but I did remember the signage indicating "Sid's Mountain"..
