Obviously the danger of snow in Robber's Roost would be if it gets deep enough to lose sight of the road...extended camping trip anyone?
But does anyone know what the risk of flash floods would be in light/moderate rain during the winter months...
For me it seems better to be safe than sorry..But would you enter a canyon in light rain if you knew thunderstorms are not possible?
Would a light steady rain cause a flash or rather a gradual filling of potholes etc?
Cant wait for this weekend...once again I have been wearing my harness to work and burning my eyes out watching Wunderground.com radar over the whole area...

the worst canyon floods I've seen was from light steady rain for hours or days
