Garbanzo is extremely happy today and sent me these pics on the way home. The bike he bought has won several dirt bike of the year awards and he got a screaming deal in Idaho: http://www.dirtrider.com/reviews/dirt_bike/141_1103_2011_husaberg_fe_570_s_first_test/index.html

Exotic! Pass the grey poupon... :lol8:

Well, here it is prior to today's dirt bath. I had to modify the exhaust, right! I mean, nothing says "Hey, I just bought a Husa" like taking a grinder to it.:lol8: Can't have exhaust restrictions, now can we?

So by now your just about ready to roll RIGHT. Lets get together all of us and ride like the wind and then let's get together and enter a hare scramble or?
THe Bogley miss haps.
I figure I'm about the slowest of the bunch but as long as I'm not last it's all good brothers.

Any takers? Fourtycal?

I say let's do it before I get to darn old and perinoid.
Oh yeh it may be just to late.

And no I'm not good at gas fills. Case your looking for a pit crew.LOL

I'm pretty sure Chet will be in on this one and maybe nelsonccc.
Jarred I sure would dig this in maybe the fall or something like that.

Update on the Husa (because I know you couldn't sleep without knowing):lol8:. Removed the smog devices and gained some storage space under side number plate. I've attached some photos. Notice the wonderful hex bolt plug. Waiting for the actual aluminum plug from the dealer. Also changed out sprockets to 13/46. It came with stock with 14/42!!! No shit!! That would be great for 100- 110mph, and since I do that alot.:crazycobasa: Next is the JD Jetting EFI module that mounts on the bike and has 6 map settings. It also has a manual adjustment for fuel delivery to the Accelerator pump. It's like Christmas. Accadacca and I are headed to five mile today at 3pm to do some suspension adjustments and such. Oh yeah, and ride of course.:2thumbs:

Good call. Hit ice today and broke the rear fender and hand guard. Taped the rear light and blinker, but after the whoops, well, garbage!! No biggie, but you hit the nail on the head.

Snapped a photo right before the sun was going down. We got back to the trucks just in time. I got some more time on Garbanzo's bike too. What a dream bike. The suspension and smooth power in any gear and at any RPM really make it so effortless to ride.

Just for giggles and grins and such.
I've got a guy just down the road that has a Hardly, A pristine lime green KLR and today I noticed that he just got a brand new KTM 2-t now this dood is I'm guessing 70 with nothing but white hair.

I best hook up with this dood as he is a rider for sure through and through.

When I drove by today he was washing and replacing the air filter with the same as I just did with lots of help from here. Twin air.
I was torn between laughing my but off and crying all at the same time.

I figure I might have another 10 good years left in me and this dood was a total inspiration.

I figure he is dumb, rich or just plain on top of his game.
Hard to tell as he rode by but I do think it is the new 300 xcw.

The funniest part acca was he passed a cop with his dirt bike and I don't think the cop even took a second look.:lol8:
Good hell what is even better than that is the Hardly is in the back of the garage then the KLR then you guessed it the new orange right by the main door. And ready to roll might I add.

I really need to get to know my neighbors better.

Those KLR's work great to hang shovels on... :roflol:

Hey now that's just hmmm would these be Mexican shovels south of the border?:lol8:
I here that KLR parts are very cheap to come by down there now that everyone has gone back to Beemeers. And fast paced donkey dogging.

Oh that is just wrong and just right in so many ways.
