Fifth Water (Diamond Fork) conditions

I want to venture up to the Fifth Water hot springs this weekend, but I was wondering what the conditions of the trail are. Last I had heard it was pretty icy (months ago). Is the road open? Is there much snow on the ground from that last storm?
