Hard to tell how close they are to that truck, but it seems like the front of the truck should be visible to the left of the subject, but I could be way off...I'm not good at detecting fake stuff :p

I'm callin fake. Where the man starts all the way to the left side of the picture, the picture is kind of fuzzy, whereas the right side is much more clear.
