This was started a few years back and am curious what you guys are wanting and giving this year. Besides, some of us could probably use a few ideas anyways.

Giving:
4 New Dell PCs to 4 families at the Road Home in SLC (homeless center)
2 PCs to the Salvation Army
and volunteering me and group of 5 to cook for about 100 people at the Road Home in two weeks!

Wanting:
-pair of snowshoes (don't know which kind yet)
-and a used sedan that I can put lots of miles on for work (I take Frontrunner & Trax to work). I'll take PMs if you are selling!

So what are you guys giving/wanting this year??

Awesome- 10/10! Its too bad all of us could not be this giving all year. Kudos on your generosity. :2thumbs:

Me and My wife on our very limited budget have donated to the food bank and the food pantry, and my daughter donated to toys for tots. At 4 years old, she asked to do this, not by any influence by us the parents. She at 4 yrs old is demonstrating pure altruism at its best. Daddy is very proud!

I am gonna try to hit quad Wednesdays a couple of times at Brighton this month. Good times for a great cause! $20 lift tickets, maybe we can make a Bogley party posse to show up and slash some turns for a great cause. Any takers? If this sounds like a good idea I will start a post in the snow thread for it.

I really want only one thing for Xmas, more snow! Hope Santa can talk to old man winter for me! :haha:

$20 life tickets huh? I'll have to get one!

Btw, the computers I just get em for wholesale. Im a networking engineer and our company only gets Dell, and so 4 machines cost $500 total including 19 "monitors.

Its not how good you are, it is about how much fun you have up there. When I get over finals this week, it is on!

Yea, we did it last year as well... As far as the wife and I, it makes "gifting" to each other easy....and it gives us great memories with the kids, who are growing up too fast anyway... Getting them somewhat to ourselves for a week is nice.

Just a week at the Beach Palace booked through Orbitz....:2thumbs:

I'd join if I could, but I've used up all my PTO for the year :cry1:

I know I'm getting that Imlay Canyon wall calender I mentioned a while back, saw the envelope in the mail, and can't think of anything else Tom (@ratagonia (http://www.bogley.com/forum/member.php?32-ratagonia)) might be sending to my wife... :haha:

(Shhh, she doesn't know I saw. )

Also, after following that TV thread (http://www.bogley.com/forum/showthread.php?61172-LCD-or-Plasma-HDTV-what-would-you-buy) for awhile I finally broke down and bought a new TV; Panasonic ST30 Series 42" Plasma. It's still in the box, under a blanket, in my bedroom. I'm looking forward to setting it up, with a big silver bow on it, on Christmas Eve.
