Occupy Snowbird- 11.19.11- Powder To The People!

In order to enjoy a more perfect powder day, Occupy Snowbird begins November 19th, 2011! All day, everyday, we will ride powder and annoy tourists! It is our mission to have as many not optional snorkel days, spend as much time in the white room as possible, and drink hearty PBR tall boys after a great day on the mountain. First Tram for all is not possible. Join us as we will march on Mineral Basin Express and show those Alta beaters how you really ride a mountain. The season begins soon!

I think I am going to look into a die cut sticker for my board, maybe a window sticker. I thought hoodies and beanies would be awesome too! Gonna give things are look on Sunday up the LCC, if the main chute up Collins is buried, I may go get some first turns for the year. Solitude opens next week, I may stroll over there if I can. The Bird opens the next weekend. It is so close, I am excited! :mrgreen:

Yeah, I will probably if it is good head up on Friday or Sunday of next week if I go. I work Saturdays so no death trap days for me until Mid-December.

The one thing I miss the most about working at Weber was my pre-arranged sick days.... every fresh powder day. And should my boss want he could strap some skis on and find me. :)

I may have to head up there if Snowbasin isn't open yet. I also have one of the gas station 2 for 1 , so if my sister doesn't go with me then one of you can use it.

Solitude and Brighton open tomorrow. Snowbird opens the 19th. Snowbasin plans to open Nov 24th.

Hmmm I just saw an advertisement for midweek one night stay at Eagle Point for 2 adults and it includes 2 passes $150. Thinking I might be able to wing this one over Christmas Break. So I just might get some skiing in yet! NO KIDS!!!! Right now plan is take adult with me leave him to soak in hot tub and I ski TWO days. :lol8::lol8:
