I was out visting an old homeskillet in the big HI. We took a detour over to Kauai for a few days...a few wasn't enough, but at least I have pictures...

probably the raddest cliff anyone has ever pissed off... that trail is pretty amazing. and you had great clouds and atmosphere for it. we had a lot of rain when i did it.

Nice shots! That was the first vacation and backpacking trip my wife and I ever did, before we were married. I'm not saying what decade. Nice to see it still has the magic.

I like the 13th photo down with the packs in a pile, thhe lighting in that photo is very inviting. Great photos.

Good stuff! But, your line "but at least I have pictures... " made me very sad -- I lost ALL my pictures from when I did the hike back in the '90s. :cry1:
