Ya just keep pokin' the bear don't ya. :haha: This actually creates more questions in my mind than answers. Like, are there minimum mandatory sentencing guidelines, past record, was he represented (homeless guy), was the CEO able to pay back what he stole.... etc. etc. Lots of unanswered questions and facts missing.

Great, another entitlement program in the works. The homeless will now be trading freedom for the lock down. Should be cheap for the tax payer. So our system lets two types of criminals run up the bills by breaking the law. Awesome! :facepalm1:
