for the first time since spring it was bearable to hike midday in the mojave, so there i was. storms were moving thru and the light was fantastic. i just took a quick hike up northshore peak. easy access and great views = nice. stayed on top about an hour or more watching rain move thru in bands, getting soaked for a few minutes at a time whenever they passed over my location. VERY excited to be back in the mojave, hope the weather dos not take a hot turn again.

Nice! I should be in the area this winter, so if I catch some great weather I'll make an effort to get out there. I want to see and photograph those views myself!
