I was impressed with the 4 new case backings I received complimentary with it. 2 of them were for the Wrist Mount - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004AV5VCW/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=bogloutdcomm-20&linkCode=as2&camp=217145&creative=399373&creativeASIN=B004AV5VCW - which since I don't have one, I'm not sure why it takes a completely different attachment.

The first thing I had to do was update the firmware on my GoPro at www.gopro.com/firmware (http://www.gopro.com/firmware)

Another thing I noticed when I first turned it on and filmed with it for a few minutes is it eats the battery life CRAZY fast. I'd highly suggest grabbing at least a second battery if you're heading out on a trip: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0034XR62U/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=bogloutdcomm-20&linkCode=as2&camp=217145&creative=399369&creativeASIN=B0034XR62U

I've filmed all day before without running through the battery all the way, but I doubt I'd get through an hour if I kept the LCD screen on. Fortunately the LCD shuts off easily with the push of the button on the side.
