St George Hotel/Motel reccomendations

My wife has to go to St George in the middle of October for a conference.. I am going to tag along with the Kids just to get out of here and maybe do some hiking while down there with my girls.. anyhow does anyone have any recommendations of places to stay? or at least places to stay far away from while down there?

I like the Heritage Inn right on Bluff. During the summer months $40/night for two queens. No breakfast or hot tub, but for the price its a VERY decent hotel.

Off summer I think it's $55.

The holiday inn has a indoor pool which might be nice for your kids at night, and rates are about $115/night.
