Canyoneering Conference 2011

The ACA/SUU Canyonnering Conference begins this Thursday 8a.m. at the Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort. Here is a link to the events (http://www.meetup.com/Zion-Canyon-Festival/about/).

The conference was a success!! It was great to sit down with land Managers from, Kanab, Arches, Zion, Hanksville ECT... I would like to thank everyone who made the conference a success. S.U.U, A.C.A., B.S.A. and all the land managers. I'm glad that we could all get together and discuss issue that plague all of us. I am excited to work with all these people in the future and continue to assist in helping our sport.

BOB, could you summarize the messages that the federal land managers conveyed? I think that knowing what plagues all of us is worth discussing in this forum.
