Thanks to the Intel from @neilether (http://www.bogley.com/forum/member.php?u=781) I had a chance to try this out on the bike. I've been up it once or twice on an ATV but my memory was vague of the trail.
I was dropped off up top by the sinks and rode all the way down near town.
This is mostly a double track ATV trail that gets a bit technical from time to time, especially when the stream ruts out the road for at least a mile. I saw a couple of ATVs coming uphill, they didn't expect to see a mountain biker bombing down. :haha:
You can avoid the stream SOMETIMES by choosing the other side of the double track, but the problem is it's so deeply rutted, and the trail usually has fresh mud tracks from the ATVs that your tires will just slip down into the stream. My guess is it's a good mile of riding through the stream, so you might as well just embrace it and get muddy. Once you aren't afraid of the mud, you'll start having fun.
As for the rest of the trail that's dry, it's an absolute blast. As the video will show, you can really get flying down the trail. Just watch out for ATVs coming up.

Here's the route I took.

You will NOT make it through this. You'll sink up to your axles.
