I do like you both, and I just "liked" your Facebook page. Sorry I don't have money enough for your book right now.

Awesome! And Liked!!! :2thumbs:
I am trying to put together a picture book with trail stats and descriptions for the Tri Canyons here in the Wasatch. There are some older versions, but with very little photography in them, and kind of outdated trail descriptions. I think I will find some charity to donate to when it is finished.
Did you guys score a deal at a publisher or did you print this yourself?
I know I'll be getting a copy!!:2thumbs:

Thanks everyone. Yes, we have a publisher. We almost went with Falcon Press because we love their books but Sharpend gave us more freedom to do things our way. We hope to be doing a whole series of hiking books for them. The editor is putting it all together right now. As soon as he is done it will be out. We wrote magazine articles every month for about 6 years I think it was. This helped a lot with creditability. We are starting to write for a new magazine next month. The other one did not survive the recession and had some family issues = a missing son. Also Bo has been written up many times in magazines and newspapers as THE outdoors guy in Southern Utah.
Everyone knows... Bo knows!

I took a photo for the cover section of our book on Cedar Breaks. It turned out nice I think! I took my son and grandson along. They are in the bottom right corner. My big, old heavy camera finally died so I have to use my daughters little one. I was amazed how well the photos turned out with that!

Not that I know of. They did not give Bo and I a deadline, so I don't know how they could do pre-orders. Perhaps they will after Bo and I are done. We get together to work but drink more wine than work I think. :haha:

I think you poured out the last cups of wine? Was that so that we could actually get work done, or was it a celebratory gesture on behalf of finally finishing proofing/editing last night?! I counted up the hours of proofing/rditing! We spent 54 hours! Ok...maybe only 50? Picking up a glass of wine distracted us by 4 hours! Anyway Tanya! Glad we got through it finally! Cheers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
