Utah school data

someone moving to Utah asked me this question. does anyone know where to find test score performance by school: public, charter, if possible even private?

I'm not looking for user opinion like yelp style sites where people complain about a child cut from pep club. Rather performance #'s for science, math, language, school ranking, etc.
