I have been lurking around the canyoneering section on Bogley for a month or so and decided to finally sign up and start posting.
I am an AZ native and have been hiking in and around the valley since I was in diapers. After visiting Zion last year, I have not been able to think of much else other than canyoneering. I have done nearly every non-technical canyon AZ has to offer while studying up on the technical side of the sport. I was finally able to return to Zion last weekend to get some experience in technical canyons and my obssession has now turned into a full blown addiction. I cant wait to get back to Utah to explore more of Zion and other CP canyons, but I am even more excited to explore the slots that I have been drooling over in the AZ canyoneering books!
I also enjoy hiking, mountain biking and playing rugby for the Red Mountain Warthogs in Mesa, AZ.
