So what is the deal with Boundary Canyon? It used to dry up about this time of year but its still flowing pretty strong.

Is it because of the wet year or does it have something to do with the new pipe line and increased water saturating the ground and causing the springs to flow year round? Or maybe something else?

Inquiring minds want to know..... :cool2:

Thanks for your input. :2thumbs:

I've been updating my Zion beta the last couple of weeks and noticed it might be a good idea to advise wetsuits for Boundary year round, and not just in the spring.

Yah, what he said. As Rick says in Casablanca "I was misled".

I think, also, the extra water the Washington County Conservancy District has brought to Kolob Reservoir, and subsequent greater flow sent through Kolob Canyon, keeps the water table fuller, and thus the Boundary source spring runs longer and stronger.

Boundary is cold cold cold. I have never not been cold in Boundary. It is as cold as Imlay, almost as cold as Heaps.
