MSR gravitational water filter question

I bought this water filter, but I failed to think about back flushing it and what I'd need. My hydration bladder doesn't match up with the MSR, so I can't back flush it. On the trip, I tried just pouring some water down the tube, but that didn't work at all. So, what kind of (brands) bladder will I need to get this back flushing done?

Never used the MSR filter but with my filter I bring a syringe to back flush it in the field. At home, my filter came with an adapter for a sink. I have a Sawyer filter that I rigged up into a DIY gravity sytem.
