Hi all,

Next weekend I agreed to go see the in-laws in eastern Arizona. We are traveling through Blanding and Bluff. So I want to check out the area for some future trips. I would like to do an early morning hike to some ruins in that area. We are spending the night in Blanding, so we could do some hiking before it gets too hot.

Anyone have advice of some good ruins that we could see in a couple of hours. I know it will get hot, so we are planning on getting up early and then continuing to
Arizona when it gets hot.

Thanks

Butler wash ruins come to mind, easy access, others on this site know the area better than I.

3 hours for a round trip.

Or maybe House on Fire in Mule Canyon

Less than 2 hours round trip.

If you only have a couple hours, Butler is a good spot to check out. Go check out the Moki Dugway as well for some great views.
