my ride last night was filled with disaster, I almost got to the point of saying "the hell with it I'll spend the night on the mountain" :lol8:
for starters biking up the short hill right before the step over my chain fell off while switching gears. then my music kept turning off on me. I was almost to the top and decided to switch the batteries out and thats when the wires for the switch and buckpuck broke so I spent a good 20 minutes trying to fix that with only the light from my phone. unfortunately I couldn't fix it perfectly because i have to solder it.
everytime I would bounce on a rock the lights would flicker and that was the most fun I ever had... day, night, day, night. they went out right before a drop and it went pitch black :scared: luckily I landed it and didn't crash into anything :hail2thechief:
after that I was about ready to call it a night and sleep right there and wait for morning cause it was blacker than black out there. after another 20 minutes of fiddling around i was off again and thankfully home free.
even though it was a disaster, it was f-in awesome. it was like mountain bike roulette when the lights were flickering on and off. :naughty:
