On Sunday morning I finally met up with Alex and our goal for the day was to check out the Red Mountain Mining District near red Mountain Pass before we both headed home.

We completed the north section of the Red Mountain Mining District and started on the south section, however we were quickly stopped by some snow drifts and decided to turn around and call it a day....after some winching, cutting, and shoveling.

It was a good weekend, and we are both looking forward to heading back out there in a few weeks :)
