Geopro Shout Nano

Does anyone had any experience with this device? It is a relatively new two way satellite communicator. It integrates GPS and tracking. It supports two way messaging using the Iridium system. Yes spendy, but it only weighs in a 6.5 oz. It is not clear how long its batteries last.
