What are your Memorial Day weekend plans??

I will be hanging around town and plan to do a motorcycle ride. The weekend after memorial day I'll be in St. George.

Ventana Wilderness (south of Big Sur) backpacking with Aaron and his Boy Scout troop. There is some peak there they know a route up that they call "the windows" and supposedly was the peak that once had a hole/arch which inspired the early Spanish to name the range Ventana.

Check out Colorado Canyon, just north of the town of Big Sur, If you get a chance. A magical place. We spent quite a bit of time there in our youth.......sigh

planning on doing some Mtn biking friday morning, and all my other plans depend on the weather..if for some reason it was to warm up a little bit I would spend a day at pineview racing around, and also another day for the motorcyle to get some miles under me....should just head to ST. George and enjoy the good weather!
