Me thinks I smell the distinct odor of MOLASSES 'Beech:lol8:
....7ish is too damn early for me but I can shoot for a 9ish since I'll be coming from Kearns at the inlaws'
I KNOW I smell sushi somewhere:haha: I'll be in the Big Valley on friday night and will be in touch y'all.

How about we shoot for 10 on Sat? Will that work for the MOLASSES crew? I guess nothing else up in Ogden is ride-able yet but the BST :ne_nau: is Wheeler?? I would love to ride Icebox.

So meet at Rainbow Gardens 10am .... hmmm are they open for breakfast. A mormon muffin with honey butter sounds delish. Definetly having sushi for lunch at Tona's. I need a Green Globe!

Ryan what time can you ride on Sat and Sun. I head back south Sun but might be able to ride depending on the time you can go. You have to bring Marie!

10am works for me as well. Where's Rainbow gardens? address? just point me in the right direction and I'll find it.

...nevermind - I found it. I'll be there.

trail is going to be hammered with all this rain, supposed to keep on raining through friday, if it stops raining I don't think the trails are going to be dry enough to even get out of the muddy bog by rainbow gardens.

My guess is if you want to ride south from rainbow I would wait till about 1 or 2. If you head North it should be ridable by 10am. The north section is better now. The new section they cut in makes it so you dont have to ride the canal road.

Blueeyes, I will be busy until late afternoon Sat. We could ride late Sat or Sun early like 9 if that works. We will ride both days so let me know. I think you have my number but if you don't it's 801-721-4924:2thumbs:

Oh yeah, Marie is going she is dying to go riding she has been sick and missed alot of the days that we have actually had good enough weather to ride.

I'm still waiting to get permission from the wife, she's training for RAGNAR and is running all weekend so I need to schedule around her. If we could get a definite time to meet up, I'll be able to bargain with her. :cool2:

Are we going to ride north or south of rainbow gardens? My vote is north. I think it will be less muddy? I rode it earlier this year and it was a fun ride. I could ride at 10:00 & I think shawn is comming as well

On the south section, it's only muddy until you get up the first little climb up to those power lines, but before the maintenance dirt road. So about the first 1/3 mile or so. After that, probably only a handful of avoidable puddles. I've been up there 3 times, the trail is in great condition above that.

I forgot about the marathon. Is it going to be blocked off at 12th st with the marathon, or will we be OK?

Sombeech

It sounds like rainbow gardens might be fine. The marathon comes down the canyon
