Quick Getaway Utah County

I am looking to take a couple friends(boys and girls) on a quick one night weekend trip. We mostly will be messing around the campfire just enjoying each others company and just jam on the uke stuff like that. Maybe a little hike would be good. We live in Provo, Utah and we dont want to travel far 1 - 1.5 hours away. We would like to build a fire and we dont necessarily want a "camp ground". My grandfather owns a lot of property up by gullily by soldier summit but i think maybe a little to much snow for the vehicles. Let me know and if there are some links to any trip reports that would be awesome also. Thanks in advance.

Dude- you are lazy. You're sitting in the middle of a bodacious feast and wanting to be spoon fed. Looking at the criteria, you're going to be happy wherever. Grab a map, point at it, then go there. Be sure to post a TR to tell us about it when you get back.
