I ordered a sticker from canyoneering.net and never got it. So i emailed them and posted a claim on paypal. But all they said was there was nothing they could do. Has anyone had similar experiences with them? Or have you had good experiences? I know its just a sticker. Buuut, its still my 2 dollars!! They stole from me.

Send me an email at rcwild at mac dot com with your real name and I will look for your order. My daughter runs all of the online orders. She has been in a wheelchair unable to work for the past month and a half so I am doing my best to keep up with orders. There is no claim on PayPal.

Rich's daughter was in a horrendous auto accident, and is currently recovering. C&C is a small business and both father and daughter are rather distracted at the moment. I think it appropriate to cut them some slack, at this challenging point in time.

If you posted a claim on Paypal, then you ALREADY have gone nuclear, and have withdrawn your payment. If it involved real money, Rich would need to wait until Paypal makes their decision to do anything else, because Paypal is deciding who should have the money.

I think it best to try to resolve issues, person to person, and only if you get shut down to appeal to the authorities (Paypal in this case).

Hi everyone. I want to apologize to rcwild for blowing up about a stupid sticker. He was very good about it and i understand now that things are pretty stressful for him. I want to take back what i said about not being impressed. Thank you rcwild.
