I did this ride with my oldest brother's childhood friend. I grew up idolizing him and my brother because they were so damn crazy on their dirt bikes. He's 54, but still tearing it up. He took me on a short but amazing loop. It's a spiritual experience every time I ride this area.

I'm on a WR450 set up for desert, and my buddy is on a Kawi KDX 250, or what he calls his Budget bike!! That little 2 stroke budget bike keeps up with my beefed up WR450!!:cry1:

That looks like a fun loop. My old man is in his 60's and can still keep up or out ride most. It ain't about age or the bike...it's all about the rider. Those things do help a little, but it is about the skillz. :ride:

It's cool that all of the guys I ride with that push me to get better are all my age or older.:hail2thechief: I'm 46. Good thing I have the brain of an 18 year old!! Keeps me on the edge.

I'm headed to St George on March 17th and will be Mtn Biking with the Bogley Crowd. I'm also bringing the Yami Moto to do a day ride. If anyone is interested, let me know. I know Mountain Man is considering it as well.:ride:
