Subway in March

My friends have some Subway permits for 03/12/2011. I have only done the Subway once in March back in '07 (I've done it over 12x in the past 5 years) and the water was just a trickle then.

But this year is different - with the massive flooding and plenty of snow up on top. So is it safe to assume that the 12th will have lots of flowing water? Or will it still be relatively frozen still. I know it massively surges in April - but does anyone (Tom in particular) think it will be any difference this year ??

Never done it in March nor do I have any guesses as to what it will be like but I think Tom is doing canyons and floating through the big ditch still. He may not be back for another week or so?
