Dry Mesa Region

Given the heavy snow this year, anyone have an educated guess when one can drive up between the bears ears to Dry Mesa West of Blanding about 8000 feet elevation.

Possibly headed hiking and winter camping down around Cedar Mesa next weekend but I am impatient to get up to higher areas.
