Weather and darkness impeded the search efforts. I just want to remind folks that this hike is a "Permitted Hike Only" by going to the park headquarters and signing in. I have done this hike numerous times as a bi-product of descent from technical climbs on the faces of the mountain. It is deceivingly tricky up top and the descent is even more tricky, particularly the south end as shown in the photograph of KCSG's. Hope all bodes well today for the injured hiker?
