From Dale Green:

I just received this from the BLM. Please feel free to post it on your grotto's web page.

"The BLM has initiated drafting of a new management plan for Candlelight Cave. The description of the project can be viewed by the public at this location:

https://www.blm.gov/ut/enbb/search.php To search for it, you need to type in Candlelight Cave Management Plan for the project name or DOI-BLM-UT-W010-2011-0006-EA for the NEPA Log Number.

The public scoping period for the project ends on 12/22/10. Any interested parties who wish to comment can email me at Ray_Kelsey@blm.gov or call 801-977-4333. Please pass this on to the NSS caving community. Thanks.
