totalprosports.com - I guess the evolution of the Laker Girls is not much different than the evolution of the Genus Homo, from Homo habilis to Homo Sapiens. Not only have we gotten a lot better looking, but we have also developed a much stronger fashion sense.

However, what is especially amazing is the fact that while the transition from apes to humans has taken place over the course of millions of years, the transition from those manly haircuts and terrible uniforms, to these beautiful blond and brunette babes with their stunning bodies and skimpy little outfits only took about 25 years.
Well worth the wait if you ask me.

Wow - that first picture is soooo 80's, both with the bad haircut and hideous, unflattering outfit. Looks more like an aerobic class :lol8:. Heck, even when I was in Jr. High and High school (in the late 70's-mid 80's), the cheerleader outfits were much cuter than that!
