Visited Granary Canyon a couple weeks ago. Utilized the LOng Canyon road from Potash road up. Near the top of Long Canyon road where it narrows up it gets a little dicey. Don't think many passenger type vehicles would make it through right now. 4WD with good clearance and shorter wheel base is well advised. We got thru in a T-100 with no problems. According to local BLM, it's unlikely this will be repaired or improved until next spring.
