Opening Day @ Solitude- 11/12/10

I had a blast up there today. I mixed a new wax combo on the board on Thursday and it was so fast! They have Apex, Moonbeam and Link open. Snow was in really great condition and there were pockets of untracked here and there to play in. I rode from 9 AM till about 2 PM when my legs were finally worked. There was really no crowd there at all today, unlike the Brighton opening which was a shit show for sure from all accounts I received. The Bird opens tomorrow, since I am working, my first day on my home mountain will come on Sunday. Sunday Funday! Pray 4 Snow!

beautiful pics... so hard for me to believe ski season is here.... sigh

I am praying for large large amounts of snow to bless the Northern mountains between now and December 18th. I have two weeks a vacation and intend to get in as much time on the slopes as my legs can possibly stand. :snowguy::snowguy::snowguy::snowguy::snowguy:

Yeah, I am praying for lots of snow myself. This weekend has been a blast. The Bird was pretty gnarly today. But I made it.:crazy:
