Last weekend was too perfect of weather to not get a ride in on my way to Monticello. Not a super exciting video but an incredible area.

Sweet video. :five: I'd never even heard of that place until now, but I just did some searching and found some good info. Looks like a great place to ride!

This video contains content from UMG. It is not available in your country?

Ya youtube says it's blocked in Germany for some reason because of the music I put on there. But I'm doubting you are in Germany so not sure why you can't view it.

Awesome. Nice selection of music. I may need to pick up a helmetcam soon. I just need to find an editing service. :haha:

Where did you unload? I thought I had rode most of that area but you have a lot of slickrock that I have not seen. I have never been all the way over to Wilson Arch, is this where some of the video was shot? We unload on the far south end.
Udink there is a nice right up and map in Charles Wells Moab ATV book.

I started down by the Lisbon Industrial area off of steen road. If you get the trail map from the trailhead sign, I rode trail #1 all the way to wilson arch and back. The major slick rock portions are near the "El Diablo" area if you are familiar with that.

That is where we unload but I have never been that far North. Better go have a look. It seems to be one of the best ATV/MC area around Moab. The trails are fun.

Thanks

Cool! What kind of camera rig were you shooting with? It looks very smooth...in camera image stabilization?

Video camera is a GoProHD. Great little cameras you can mount just about anywhere. It is a wide angle lens so it helps with jerky/jumpy motion. But other than that it just records images as it sees it.
