Just decided to head out to the desert for the weekend Backpacking 3-4 days in Capitol Reef. Muley/Halls area or Spring Cnyn. Partners welcome. Leaving early Thursday.

Well that was nice of you adamsco.....I almost took you up on that until I saw the CR meant Capitol Reef and NOT Comb Ridge. Shucks:cry1:

I might be interested...Have you checked conditions? Looks like Torrey is expecting three days of snow with highs in the mid-30's. :cold:

Yeah. Looks to be cold. I've had to pare it down to just a Sat/Sun two day trip with an early start Sat. Been looking at about a 15 mile loop through Lower Muley Twist. If you're interested, a car drop at a different trail head might make for a better hike.
