I once had a lady call me because her monitor was dead. I hauled a new CRT (didn't have flatscreens back then) to her desk and found out the screen saver had come on. Using my phat troubleshooting skills I then moved her mouse to magically fix her monitor and then hauled the unneeded CRT back to my hardware closet.
