View Full Version : Trip Report Jeremy Ranch DH trails

Shawn (redfox) and I heard about these trails when we were riding the Mormon Pioneer Trail in Jeremy Ranch. These are on the the east side of JR.

Well I wouldn't exactly call these DH trails....More Extreme XC. They were fun though. Always good to try new trails. There are 4 trails and we only had time to ride two of them. Cut throat and Ant Farm. Ant farm was a more fun to ride and Cut throat was more difficult but not as fun.

I have been messing around with my new android phone (don't know what I did without it) and took it along for the ride. It mapped out our ride, pretty cool I think. I know this technology has been around for a while, but its all new to me.:crazy:

Below is the map of the ride we did. You can click on the trails for the names of them. This is my first time doing this map thing so bear with me. (thanks Justin for helping me out).

I remember doing Ant Farm on a Tuesday night ride earlier this year, back when we did group rides on Tuesdays. It was a good ride. I think everyone enjoyed it over doing the standard Glenwild loop we do up there.

Some stills of the bottom of the 4 DH hills in Jeremy Ranch. The last 3 are actually at Tanner Park at the bottom of Parley's. I should have some video in a few days.
