We decided to go check this out this morning because my boy and I are railroad fans.

I was very impressed. My wife first told me there's a track going around the yard and I was just expecting a little loop around a field or something. My boy and I were pleasantly surprised to find a whole network of tracks going through all sorts of landscapes, and different sizes of trains too.

They only operate the trains on the first Saturday of each month (weather permitting). I think it was only 3 or 4 bucks per ride, but well worth it. The smaller train (most fun) lasted around 15 minutes I would guess.

It's located in Farmington, UT. I've got it on a map below.

Here's a long video (7 minutes) from facebook just to give you an idea of how cool this place is.

I've taken my neighbors girls to this and they love it. What is it now? 3.50/ride.

Unfortunately, today was the last month until next May to ride on it...

Did you try the miniature golf?

The mini golf was closed today. They said they might consider operating next month but they'll have to keep an eye on the weather.

Yeah I was surprised to not know about this place earlier. Probably because it's open for such a limited time.

Blast from the past, we visited this train park again and it's still just as fun as ever for kids and adults.

The tracks keep getting longer and more fun features keep coming. They are only open the first Saturday of each summer month, I highly suggest you take the kids and visit.
