Mt. Nebo Loop, Scofield = 250 miles

A buddy and I turned 250 on Saturday morning. The leaves are really turning. Beautiful ride. I took a few pixs, could have got better ones of the leaves. Our route map below. Lotta twisties. :ride:

Looks like a fun ride! I did the Nebo section about 2 weeks ago. The colors were changing down low, but the uppers were all still green..what were the colors doing this weekend? 2 good looking bikes also...I own one of each!

It sounds like the leaves haven't changed much from when you rode it. A few turning on top, but not many...lotta green. There were some beautiful sections (changing leaves) in Fairview canyon...wish I would have stopped there for pictures.

I was looking at doing the wolf creek to strawberry route this weekend, the colors are definitely changing up there. I was able to do mirror lake highway a few weeks ago..but it was cold up there!
Why aren't there more people posting in this forum..there really aren't a whole lot of utah motorcycle trip forums around..unless you're headed south!

I just wanted to ask..did you guys stop at the Devils Kitchen? It's worth seeing..even if you're doing a car trip through the route!

I saw a sign for Devils Kitchen, but we didn't stop. I should have spent more time however I promised my wife I would be back...yadda, yadda. We do have a few posting trip reports in this section. We could use more...fo sho. We need to get together for a ride sometime. :2thumbs:
